Before Work Begins:
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order before any work has started.
After Work Has Started:
Once the initial design, strategy, or setup work begins, no full refund can be issued. However, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion depending on the progress made.
After Project Completion:
Once the project is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.

2. Digital Products or Subscriptions

If your plan includes monthly maintenance or ad management:

You can cancel anytime, and future billing will stop immediately.
Payments for already delivered or ongoing service periods are non-refundable.

3. Revisions and Corrections

We provide a limited number of revisions as stated in your project plan.
If you’re unhappy with any part of the work, we’ll do our best to make reasonable adjustments before final delivery.

4. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice.
In the event of cancellation, all completed work up to that point remains the property of Necessary Service until full payment is received.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Attempting a chargeback after receiving deliverables may result in:

Reporting to the payment processor and relevant authorities
